HTE is a foil without Zinc treatment for CCLs and multilayer PCBs. The absence of the Zinc layer prevents acid undercut during the PCB manufacturing processes. HTE is made with special nodularization which promotes high mechanical adhesion and peel strength. Silane coating can be optional.

HTE
HTEBT
HTEBT offers a copper foil with brass treatment for high quality CCLs and multilayer PCBs. The brass layer is plated on the matte side to form a thermal barrier controlling thermal z-axis expansion. The uniform nodularization and silane on the matte side facilitates good adhesion with the substrate, enhancing the peel strength.
SST
SST is a reverse-treated copper foil. Unlike conventional copper foil, nodularization is formed on the shinny side of the SST foil. This product works for fine line production such as HDI boards and high frequency boards. Special nodularization is applied to enhance the mechanical.
LBSS /LBSM / LBMM
LBSS/LBSM/LBMM are specially designed for Li-ion battery applications. LBSS is double-shinny copper foil; LBSM is one shinny one matte; and LBMM is double-matte copper foil. The foil obtains high copper purity with anti-tarnishing coating only. Oil, organic and other metal are not present on the foil to ensure durable use.
